Luggage can be sent in accordance with the normal regulations. Please note that you may only dispatch luggage within the specific country. Luggage cannot be sent between the Scandinavian countries or to other European countries.

All train stations provide schedules in various forms, either from the information desk, a computer printout or the prominently displayed timetables. At most stations poster timetables show departure and arrival as well as platform numbers. Major railway stations provide this information on screens.

Reservation is often compulsory and always recommended. The normal fees are payable for seat reservations or supplements for the Swedish X 2000 trains, Norwegian Regional trains, Linx trains, Finnish InterCity and Pendolino S220 trains, couchettes and sleepers.
